TRYHARDER Closed Beta
Version: 6 October 2026
The beta is free and invitation-only. The Terms and Privacy Notice apply.
Access
Redeem your invite code within 14 days of its creation. It gives you 30 days of beta access from redemption. Your access end date appears in the companion app (the “App”) and browser extension (the “Extension”).
A second code does not add time to, restart or reopen existing access.
TRYHARDER can extend or end access with a reason in accordance with the Terms. When access ends, you retain access to account controls, retained past matches and feedback while the service and those records remain available.
Weekly scouts
Your invitation sets your weekly allowance. It resets on Monday at 00:00, Europe/Amsterdam time. Unused scouts do not carry over.
A room counts against the week in which the scout started when the first card about the enemy is ready.
Failed scouts, insufficient history and cancelled rooms do not cost a scout. Reopening the same room, switching devices or sides, and adding positions do not cost another scout. A room that ends before a card is ready is also free.
In a stack, one eligible TRYHARDER teammate on your side pays for the room: the one with the most scouts left while it is pending. A tie keeps the existing allocation. An unlimited allowance takes priority; someone with no scouts left is not charged. Once counted, the room does not move to another account.
A scout can start automatically at map lock when your phone is linked. If the opposing team has no party of three or more, TRYHARDER asks first whether you want to scout it.
Feedback
Use Send feedback in the App or Extension, or e-mail info@tryharder.gg for a longer message. Replies to in-product feedback appear in the App or Extension.
Stopping and withdrawal
You can stop using the beta at any time.
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, you can withdraw within 14 days of concluding the agreement, without giving a reason. E-mail a clear statement to info@tryharder.gg. There is no beta fee. Starting to use the service does not by itself waive that right.
You may use this statement:
To Tryharder.gg, Singel 256, 1016 AB Amsterdam, the Netherlands, info@tryharder.gg: I withdraw from my TRYHARDER beta agreement, concluded on [date]. My name is [name], my address is [address], and my account reference is [reference]. Sent on [date]. [Signature only if sent on paper.]
Withdrawal or ending beta access does not automatically delete your account. Account deletion is explained in the Privacy Notice.
